A sweet baby girl that will join our family in just a few weeks. We are totally smitten with her and the kids first visit with her went so great. We have been wanting another dog for a very long time. We have waited and waited and waited and the timing *finally* feels right. We have about 3 weeks to figure out a name before she comes home for good and I think we need help. Teagan’s favorite name of the moment is “IKEA Coconut”….uhhhh, no. Ideas?
I was SO beyond thrilled with Jennifer booked my second Love Light mini for Valentines Day. I’ve done more than a handful of sessions with them over the last few years but this is the first one to really focus on them. I’ve been there from births to birthdays and everything inbetween and this family holds a special place in my heart. Normally, it is all about Jane and Joan, their two beautiful girls. I love these. Love them. Shooting downtown after dark with a couple in love is amazing. Creative and challenging and SO FUN. K & S totally rocked it! I have to tell you that they entered the contest to win a free love light mini and another couple was chosen at random. I’ll confess that their entry totally cracked Jase and I up, we laughed so hard, funny stuff! We will for sure being seeing them in the future because I’ve got a 13 year old with crooked teeth in need of fixing and S is an orthodontist (ortho360.com)! 1. Did I mention I recently switched from Canon to Nikon. Tis true and I LOVE it. I’m not so good and change and I’m still fumbling around with the buttons and figuring out where things are, but I truly do love it.
2. We cut off our home phone in the name of saving money. We rarely used it and it seemed like every time it rang it was someone trying to sell us something. Family, friends and clients, please use our cell numbers from here on out!

I have been looking forward to this past weekend for months. My long time online friend Emily Weaver Brown made a trip down from Seattle to visit me. I was so excited when she decided to come, we’ve known each other online for right around 6 years, from the very beginning of my business (and hers too I think).
