It’s a good thing she’s cute.

Oh my word does this dog chew on every.stinkin.thing! She’s a chewing machine. We have chew toys for her but she is mischief through and through. She’s a blast though too. I was thinking of all the things she’s gotten in to just since Saturday and I’m pretty sure it would be easier to list the things she hasn’t chewed on….sigh. Right now her favorites are Jason’s robe in the morning. Maggie Mae sees you!

I told you her paws are enormous! ha! Our girl did so good yesterday. She only fussed for a bit in her crate and then settled in for a good 6 hours of sleep with no accidents at all. That is a full night of sleep for us so let’s hope that sticks! The rampage of chewing has continued to a shoe, a slipper, a ball, Jesse the cowgirl, my curtains, Taryn’s backpack, the carpet and I’m sure a slew of other things I’m forgetting. the butler brothers…

My sessions with them always leave me feeling exhilarated and entertained. Three busy, full of life, really awesome little boys with the most awesome Austin parents around. They love the chaos and I love that about them. I love every single second of it! I’m sad this is the end of their baby plan…I really, really need to rethink doing baby plans again because watching these kids grow and getting to know the families so well over 12 months is just such a huge blessing. We finally got to pick up our new puppy and bring her home to stay today. I’m pretty sure this face says it all….

Yes, excitement doesn’t even begin to describe it! So far (knock on wood) she and Kylie are getting along fabulously. Kylie is such an amazing dog, we’re hoping some of her pure awesomeness will rub off on her. A few snapshots from her first afternoon home…

A few more from the Love Light mini session winners from when a few of my favorite photogs came into town from my mentoring group. I loved hanging out with these girls and am so thankful that Ross & Dawn won the session. They were so much fun, bright, vibrant, in love and just a blast to work with! Jackson turns 1 | Austin Baby Photographer

This little guy has been on the blog quite a few times. He’s one of my baby planners, you can see him as a newborn and at 7ish months here. This year has gone by so incredibly fast and it has been such a joy to watch him grow and spend time with his family. He made us work for this session, mostly his momma, bless her heart!
