About Lyndsay Stradtner

Lyndsay Stradtner and I am a natural light photographer with 14 years experience. While home is Austin, Texas, my family and I are currently traveling the US in an RV full time. Yes, we sold our 2,400 square foot home for a 400 square foot RV and couldn’t be happier about it! While our initial goal was to travel full time for one year, that quickly turned in to (at least) 3 years. I am married to a really great guy named Jason. With 5 kids (Ty, Taryn, Jude, Jonah and Zachary) and 2 dogs (Maggie and Pepper), our lives are filled with laughter and chaos, and I wouldn’t have it any other way! Be sure to check us out on Etsy, Instagram and YouTube.

was spent laying low.  after yesterday, it was a must.  and it was nice.  we did celebrate by Jase taking Ty and his best friend out to Austin Park & Pizza, then home to a movie and sleepover.  perfect way to end the summer.  they had a blast and it was nice to have a somewhat quiet night with Teagan and Taryn.  Teagan went to sleep at the normal time and then I let Taryn stay up late.  we made a cake in honor of her new favorite color….it will make an appearance tomorrow.  until then, I leave you with this, my little man during his bath tonight….

Taryn:  That he needs to have paaaaatience at the red lights.

Me:  bwwwwahahahaha.

Bad day today.  The kids were horrible.  All of them.  I was that mother today, glaring at her children in public, frustrated, stressed, took on too much for one day and tired beyond recognition.  All the way home in the car I contemplated the logistics of never going out into public again with the 3 of them alone.  How bad would that really be??  I think Jase knew it was a bad day when I came through the door, absolutely done, immediately handed them off and hid in the bedroom for a few hours […]
