Lyndsay Stradtner and I am a natural light photographer with 14 years experience. While home is Austin, Texas, my family and I are currently traveling the US in an RV full time. Yes, we sold our 2,400 square foot home for a 400 square foot RV and couldn’t be happier about it! While our initial goal was to travel full time for one year, that quickly turned in to (at least) 3 years. I am married to a really great guy named Jason. With 5 kids (Ty, Taryn, Jude, Jonah and Zachary) and 2 dogs (Maggie and Pepper), our lives are filled with laughter and chaos, and I wouldn’t have it any other way! I’ve been grasping to Teagan’s baby days. And yet they are escaping me. He will be 2 in 37 days. But there are so many things I love about having a toddler boy in the house again. Rough. Tumble. Sweet. Dirty. Funny. The way he makes car noises with instinct. The way he clutches onto things with his chubby little hands and drags them with him everywhere he goes. His fascination over anything with wheels and dinosaurs and anything big or loud. He’s turning in to a boy. And I love it.

My house smells heavenly right now. Hea-ven-ly. I’ve promised a bunch of recipes for food we made over the holiday to those who were with us…and I’ll start here. Not my recipe but one of another Austin momma.

Katie’s “Killer” Chicken Taco’s

Note: I added the killer part because it’s killing me to a) stir and b) wait until dinner time

-Take 1 chicken taco seasoning packet (you can use a reg. taco seasoning packet, but it really doesn’t taste nearly as good), and cover the bottom of the crockpot.

-Lay 6 frozen tenderloins or 3 frozen breasts on top of the seasoning.

1. Not sure if this will be 10 but I’ve been MIA and feel the need to catch up.

2. Favorite moment from the first day of 2010…..Teagan throws his arms up in the air and yells “HA-PEEEEE NEW YEAR!”. We all smile and clap at him. So he smiles, soaks in the approval from us, throws his arms in the air again and yells “TOUCHDOWN!!!”. I love that kid.
