About Lyndsay Stradtner

Lyndsay Stradtner and I am a natural light photographer with 14 years experience. While home is Austin, Texas, my family and I are currently traveling the US in an RV full time. Yes, we sold our 2,400 square foot home for a 400 square foot RV and couldn’t be happier about it! While our initial goal was to travel full time for one year, that quickly turned in to (at least) 3 years. I am married to a really great guy named Jason. With 5 kids (Ty, Taryn, Jude, Jonah and Zachary) and 2 dogs (Maggie and Pepper), our lives are filled with laughter and chaos, and I wouldn’t have it any other way! All 4 kids are on different home learning schedules right now and it’s driving my organized brain crazy. We are usually pretty good about keeping everyone on a similar schedule. I’m trying to embrace everyone working at their own pace. 🤪 Z had a few weeks off waiting on his new curriculum to arrive and we’ve filled that time with lots and lots of books.

These two have grown up together and have the sweetest bond. Even though Maggie believes to her core she doesn’t have to listen to Jude. I have no idea why but it’s hilarious because she really loves him. The first photo is them together on the day we adopted Maggie, Jude was 3. 🥰

One thing I love about taking on this 365 Project is I feel it better reflects our day to day life instead of just sharing our travel adventures. There’s so much more to us! Our faith, roadschooling, real food and traditional kitchen skills, herbalism, our daily routines, all get a little space here. We’ve been using food as medicine since our 15 year was very sick as a toddler. It’s so powerful and the world of herbs is fascinating to me. Snuggles with sissy. I gave birth to two people with the same quirks and personality yall. They are SO very much alike. Here recently, every time Zachary does something just like Taryn, he recognizes it, laughs and says “clones be cloning!”

Our new neighbors have a very entertaining puppy. We all watched today as that cute little thing played with its bowl, chased its own tail and got stuck in an empty fire pit 🤣

We moved from coastal Maine to Cape Cod today. Super excited to go do the couple of things we had planned when Z broke his arm here in June. This is our 5th time here, we just love it so much!

Wild blueberry smoothies on a warm summer day in Maine. We’ve been to the pool or hot tub almost every day this week and I’m pretty sure Sunday and Monday will be our last few days to hit 80. We are soaking up the last bit of summer and also looking forward to a beautiful, crisp, New England fall.
