About Lyndsay Stradtner

Lyndsay Stradtner and I am a natural light photographer with 14 years experience. While home is Austin, Texas, my family and I are currently traveling the US in an RV full time. Yes, we sold our 2,400 square foot home for a 400 square foot RV and couldn’t be happier about it! While our initial goal was to travel full time for one year, that quickly turned in to (at least) 3 years. I am married to a really great guy named Jason. With 5 kids (Ty, Taryn, Jude, Jonah and Zachary) and 2 dogs (Maggie and Pepper), our lives are filled with laughter and chaos, and I wouldn’t have it any other way! Be sure to check us out on Etsy, Instagram and YouTube.

I have been so honored to photograph this beautiful family since before their oldest was born!  Fun fact, I also photographed them at their Michigan lake house during my travels!  And can I just say that Molly completely rocked their outfits?!  She perfectly integrated patterns / layers and they just looked incredible!   I told her they will likely land on the “What to wear” page!

I first met Amy…

I first met Amy and her husband almost 15 years ago.  Michele and I did a charity shoot to benefit Haiti and Amy won!  It is actually the only time Michele and I ever shot together side by side, even though we photographed each others families quite a few times.  We had such a fun time jumping around downtown Austin with them doing a Love Light Night Session!  I saw the whole family 2 years ago for a mini session and now they have 2 incredible teenagers, time goes by so quickly!  These two parents are crushing it, I was SO impressed by their kids!!

You’d think after almost 6 years of full time travel that our bucket list would be getting smaller. Nope, the opposite is true, it just keeps growing! I love that! A big thing on my bucket list still to this day is photographing a huge sunflower field. I always seem to miss them by a week or two when we happenstance across one. This big one across from our site will have to do for this year.
