About Lyndsay Stradtner

Lyndsay Stradtner and I am a natural light photographer with 14 years experience. While home is Austin, Texas, my family and I are currently traveling the US in an RV full time. Yes, we sold our 2,400 square foot home for a 400 square foot RV and couldn’t be happier about it! While our initial goal was to travel full time for one year, that quickly turned in to (at least) 3 years. I am married to a really great guy named Jason. With 5 kids (Ty, Taryn, Jude, Jonah and Zachary) and 2 dogs (Maggie and Pepper), our lives are filled with laughter and chaos, and I wouldn’t have it any other way! Be sure to check us out on Etsy, Instagram and YouTube.

Still catching up from the fall.  Oh sweet Joan, how I love following you around several times a year.  I still marvel that your birth wasn’t just the other day.  I’m dying to share the birthday party her parents hired me to capture, but I don’t have model releases on everyone.  It was so much fun and so cute, Jennifer is such a great party planner.  Even my crazy kiddos got in on the fun.  We had a blast.  I’m so thrilled to get to follow Jane and Joan around for another year in 2012.

Still catching up from the fall, if it isn’t obvious from the pretty leaves on the ground.  LOVED photographing this happy little guy.  He was so good to me.  I absolutely love this age and all the different expressions he threw my way.  But when he was done, we knew it was the end 😉

I realized the other day that this sweet family gave me permission to share their birth and I hadn’t hit post!  There are so many things I loved about this birth.  First, being asked to capture another birth for them, returning clients make my heart swoon.  I LOVE that this family is so big and fun and loud and full of love.  They invited me to the “before” birthday party and you’ll see a few photos in the very beginning and then I followed them to the hospital.  I’ve had people question whether they want to have a c-section photographed or not and my answer is always YES!  All birth experiences and babies are worth documenting!  I love that […]
