About Lyndsay Stradtner

Lyndsay Stradtner and I am a natural light photographer with 14 years experience. While home is Austin, Texas, my family and I are currently traveling the US in an RV full time. Yes, we sold our 2,400 square foot home for a 400 square foot RV and couldn’t be happier about it! While our initial goal was to travel full time for one year, that quickly turned in to (at least) 3 years. I am married to a really great guy named Jason. With 5 kids (Ty, Taryn, Jude, Jonah and Zachary) and 2 dogs (Maggie and Pepper), our lives are filled with laughter and chaos, and I wouldn’t have it any other way! Be sure to check us out on Etsy, Instagram and YouTube.

Just wait…

until you see his dimples! Just one for now from my session today. Remember Aidan? This is Aidan’s little buddy, Ethan. Their mom’s have been friends since practically birth! Little Ethan is quite the little charmer, he had lots of smiles, funny bubbles and drool and even fell asleep for a little while, a photographer’s dream. To Ethan’s mommy and daddy, thank you for the priviledge of photographing your adorable son. I wish you all health and happiness for many years to come!

I’m not normally a sepia kind of girl, but I think I’m in love with how creamy these are. Totally unexpected conversion. And how cute is she? I think in about half of the captures I caught that day little Julianne had her tongue sticking out. Thankfully every time her big sister said “Julianne – you wonna talk about rainboooooows?” we got this. Funny baby belly laughs. Too cute!

RUN!!!…..run for your lives!!!

The attitude, the huffiness, the impatience for anything parent related, the drama, shutting himself in his room over every little thing, the problems in school, the realization that while girls are still gross, there is still just something about them that makes you crazy. Pre-teen hormones. I’ve dreaded this day. It’s been building slowly over the last few months. I notice he huffs a lot more. He gets really frustrated when something doesn’t go his way. And you know, Jason and I were just saying that we’re in the “home stretch” with Ty. He’s 9, we’re half way there. Well, I know that you never really stop […]
