Happy New Year!!!
I did this last year and thought it would be fun to do it again. I decided to do a top 10 personal favorites (I’ll post those tomorrow) and a separate top 10 for client favorites. I had sooooo many amazing clients this year and going through all the images brought back so many memories. Thank you for letting me capture a small part of your 2007! So here goes…in no particular order…
Sweet, sweet Julianne…such an amazing family, she was soooo easy to photograph, until the very last shot of the day when she flipped me the bird to tell me she was done LOL!
the adorable Ms. Alexis
triplets!!!
My little buddy Philip
and Jayden, he has such an amazing adoption story and I feel so lucky to have had several sessions with him before we moved….what a blessing….and a cute one at that!
my gorgeous friend Anne Marie and her little cutie
gosh I can’t tell you how much I love this shot. It was honestly an accident. Little Ethan with his daddy. This session really affected me, both personally and professionally. Ethan was born with a tumor on his lung, and this image to me represents the worry and hope that the parent of a sick child must have. I hope 2008 brings their entire family good health and happiness.
Sweet Addison chillin in the bathtub after diving into her first birthday cake!
Ethan’s little buddy Aiden….I could have picked any image from this session as a favorite. Gosh he just cracks me up! That eyebrow action is hilarious!!
And last but not least, the birth of beautiful Calla. I love this shot, the way she was screaming in the shot right before it, then calm as she placed her hand on the nurses hand.
I had so many favorites this year, it was really hard to narrow it down! I’d love to hear what you think – feel free to post and tell me which image was your favorite, shown above or not, I would love to hear from you!! Yo lurkers – that means you! At around 700 hits a day I know you’re out there!! My mom can’t hit refresh that many times!
I can’t wait to see what opportunities come my way in 2008!
Stay tuned for my personal Top 10 tomorrow =)
ETA: Photogs if you post a Top 10 please post and let me know so I can check out your favorite work from 2007 too!!
Hi Lyndsay!
I am glad that your family is doing so well in Texas. We do miss you here, though π Although I’m slightly biased to the shot of Philip…the birth session you took of Calla was amazing. Made me re-think waiting too much longer for a new baby. That one get’s my vote (second to Philip!)

Great images, Lyndsay! I think Jayden’s is my favorite of your favorites!
I just finished posting my top 10… it was so difficult narrowing them down! I’d love to hear what you think!
Of course I love all the ones you already posted, and am still gushing over the birth of Calla photos, but when I read this entry, I immediately remember two photos of yours that I loved when I saw them on here the first time. It took a bit of searching, but I found them. Hopefully, I can get the links to work…

Fantastic images!!! I’m having a hard time picking one. LOL I love the emotion I feel when I see the pic of Calla, as well as the one of Ethan. I also love the whole image of Philip, especially with that smile and adorable dimple. I guess if I have to pick just one, I pick the one of Calla – simply amazing.
I just finished my top ten – here you go: http://ksphotography.typepad.com/
I’m pretty darn excited that we made it into your top 10! I finally got around to posting mine. Hope you and Baby are doing well.
