A few more photos of Teagan from the other day.  I’ve officially entered that “I’m too busy working during busy season to photograph my own family” phase of fall.  These were my effort to get behind the camera and photograph my own kiddos.  It feels good when I do.  Nothing feels like taking a good photograph.  That instant gratification and urge to run for the card reader.  I feel better when I photograph.  Like I can breathe and move and function.  Is that weird?

This was the last light of the day, it felt golden.  Jason had run out to pick up Ty from somewhere.  His sister was off finishing her second bowl of sauerkraut and bean soup for dinner, and it was just the two of us hanging out for a few minutes.  It was quiet and calm and a little bit silly too.
