One of our family goals this year is to read the entire bible together. We bought a bible that breaks it down by day and each night at dinner, we read that days portion. We are only 7 days in but we’ve gotten so very much out of it already. We take turns reading and the conversations God’s word has brought about with our children have been such a blessing. It’s so interesting to hear their take on various verses. I think being quiet during bible time is the hardest for Jonah…he tends to get a little…chatty. And loud. And flirty. I can’t make eye contact or he makes me laugh.
