Follow along as we spend an afternoon at Fort Macon, Georgia, exploring the beach, a great visitor center and the fort itself. What was supposed to be a quick stop turned in to an awesome 1/2 day adventure!
Follow along as we adventure to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Have you ever wondered how we manage rainy days cooped up in 400 sq feet? Watch and find out!
Ocean Lake Family Campground was a super fun place to stay! We loved our spot just steps from the beach and would really love to head back during the summer time when all the amenities are open.
Follow along as our fulltime rv family visits Savannah, Georgia. Our baby boy, Zachary, turns two! He’s changed so much in the last year and his little personality really shines. We love how much he is talking!
Follow along as we adventure out to Tybee Island, Georgia and celebrate Jude turning 11! Spoiler: he got a whole cake to himself – watch to the end to see why lol!
We make a quick detour to Jacksonville, Florida to see family! At the suggestion of some of our followers we stayed at the Kathryn Abbey Hannah Park Campground and it was pretty great. It had just rained before we got there so the ground was wet and muddy but we really loved how each spot was nestled within the trees and palms. The campground is also close to the beach so we made a short drive to check it out and let the kids run through the Atlantic waters for the first time in over a year. The best part was definitely reconnecting with family. We had a little cookout over the fire and then roasted up some marshmallows and s’mores. Perfect way to end the day! We can’t wait to go back to Hannah Park again.
Follow along as we try to escape the cold by heading to Orlando, Florida. Have you ever wondered what it’s like to check in at the Thousand Trails Orlando location? Don’t arrive before 12 pm – they will turn you away. It’s quite the process compared to other parks in the system. While we ended up staying for 3 weeks, it wasn’t our typical Florida stay.
Follow along as our fulltime family has a day on the beach at Gulf State Park in Gulf Shores, Alabama.
We decided to leave Texas a month early in an attempt to escape the cold. We are super excited to officially hit the road for our 2nd year of travel. First up, 2 nights of boondocking to get to Louisiana and Fountainebleau State Park. Our main reason for coming this way is to see our dear friends that we have been missing.
Our family loves a good dance party – it’s just the best when you have a big family! We haven’t let tiny living hinder the dancing fun one bit! Happy New Year, friends!
Follow along as we share our highlights from life on the road in 2018!
Follow along as we spend Christmas in Corpus Christi, Texas with family. It was so much fun to spend the holiday in Jason’s childhood home. My mother-in-law rented a large passenger van so we could all ride in one vehicle together to go to Candy Cane Lane and see Christmas lights. Zachary loved them so much! Note: He’s usually rear facing, we turned him around for just a few miles so he could see out and we went very slow. You’ll see in the video he loved the foot freedom! Christmas Eve, Christmas morning and all the magic this holiday brings…we were so thankful to embrace all of Jason’s childhood traditions this year. Merry Christmas from the Stradtner family!
Sometimes, as a photographer, I get so wrapped up in good light and capturing moments, that I forget to capture what things FEEL like. This Thanksgiving I put the camera down and tried to capture the feeling of the holiday and all the little details armed only with my phone. And we are so super thankful to have spent the holiday with Jason’s parents and grandma in Corpus Christi in the home he grew up in. These people and these moments are so precious to us.
